We thank you for taking the time to fill out this application and ask that you pray about how God might be able to use you through your possible ministry with the students of Faith Community.

This is a general questionnaire to get a feel for your personal life, your relationship with God and your leadership qualities. Please, do not feel frustrated if you do not know how to properly answer a question, just take your time, and carefully and truthfully answer to the best of your ability. In some cases we are not necessarily looking for the right answer but just trying to get a feel for how you think. Thanks again for your participation.
